    Two NSCN militants surrender in Arunachal Pradesh | Guwahati News – Times of India

    DIBRUGARH: Two militants, one belonging to the NSCN (Khaplang) and another from NSCN (K2), also known as the NSCN-Khango Konyak faction, surrendered before the Longding superintendent of police, Vikram Harimohan Meena in Arunachal Pradesh’s Longding district on Wednesday.
    The NSCN (K2) cadre was identified as self-styled captain Hikai Wangsa (37) of Longsom village in Longding district. He had joined the NSCN (K) in 2009 and later joined the NSCN (K2) in 2019.
    The NSCN (K) cadre who surrendered was identified as self-styled private Jamgang Patadam (25), a resident of Khasa village in Longding district. He joined the outfit in December 2020.
