The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can have no director for now after its present chief RK Shukla’s time period ends at present. Sources say a high-powered committee led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will resolve on a brand new candidate “quickly” and till then, the nation’s prime investigating company can have an performing chief.
Praveen Sinha, Further Director in CBI, will take over as interim Director for a couple of days, say sources.
