NEW DELHI: It appears that Samsung is all set to launch a new smartphone in India. This time the company is expected to launch its latest Galaxy A22 smartphone. The company is expected to launch both 4G and 5G variants of the smartphone.
The yet to launch Samsung Galaxy A22 smartphone recently received BIS certification which hints that the company will soon launch the smartphone in India. The BIS listing reveals that the smartphone will come with model number SM-A225F/DS and it will come with dual SIM support.
Samsung Galaxy A22 is said to come with a quad rear camera setup with 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 2MP sensors. The smartphone is expected to come in multiple storage options and is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor.
Samsung Galaxy A22 is said to run Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Samsung One UI.
Meanwhile, Samsung is all set to launch its Galaxy M42 5G smartphone in India. The company has confirmed that it will launch the smartphone in India on April 28.
Samsung Galaxy M42 5G will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G mobile processor. The device will come with the company’s Know security defence system, along with features like AltZLife, and Content Suggestions. It will also be equipped with Samsung Pay to facilitate online payments.
